You want to work for a large company and dictate to them what their working conditions should be. You're free to work for yourself or a like minded individual.
If it were that simple, everyone would be living this way. The way you oversimplify and downplay the plight of working class people is very jewish of you.
"Quit your job as a forklift operator, lose your family of 4's health insurance and other benefits, lose your source of income. Just be your own master, maaaan."
And the problem with working for a like-minded individual: People like us don't have the luxury of broadcasting our preferences. An employer can't post a job that says "No blacks, convicted criminals, or women may apply". They can enforce absurd policies which are aimed at hamstringing White men and women.
Until all businesses are allowed to make their mindedness known, without consequence, the vast majority of us are doomed to muddle our way through whatever we can get in our area. Very few businesses have taken a stand against the madness of the last decade, they always face backlash... and they're well-staffed already, because people flock to them.
I wish I could look at things so simply, but I see too many people struggling. Maybe it's my state/county. People are at their fucking wits' end around here.
