These days, it’s possible to sue your doctor for any number of mistakes, such as prescribing the wrong treatment, making the wrong diagnosis, or neglecting some important instructions. In some ways, this is a good thing for consumers, since it holds medical professionals accountable for their work.
This is a fucking lie. It is next to impossible to sue a doctor or health org and if you really want to have your eyes opened go look at the stature of limitations for medical malpractice. Medical professionals are NOT held accountable for a damned thing and I am sick of this lie that medical costs are high due to doctors being sued.
