Nail these fuckers to the wall. I think an entire company audit would be in order since tax fraud is also likely since they probably cooked the fuck out of the books also. Maybe confiscating their companies and assets and personal assets would be in order after this little scheme to basically prevent them from owning a business if they are penniless. Hell deport them back to China and ban them from doing any business with the US again.
