You're thinking of "The Civil War"; its pronouns are proper. They're waiting for "a civil war", which is pretty much just a war between organized groups within the country, and other organized groups within the country, with one of the two (or MORE) sides also allying with government. But, now that I think of it, only a jew would try to convince us all that we're fucking idiots for wanting a civil war.
