No. Because there is alot of hatred between the two communities. The latino's moving into the country have never learned to live with blacks before and therefore hate them. The blacks hate the latino's because they are harder working and therefore seeing some financial success. (I'm sure you've seen the videos of latino vs black violence during the BLM riots last summer.)

Its going to be worst in the south west border states where the latino's make up a huge percentage of the population. Those states will soon have a Mexican majority so Mexico may well get involved. At some point it will make sense for those states to belong to Mexico rather then the US...like Hitler with Poland.

You're thinking of "The Civil War"; its pronouns are proper. They're waiting for "a civil war", which is pretty much just a war between organized groups within the country, and other organized groups within the country, with one of the two (or MORE) sides also allying with government.

Here's something you may not have thought of...take that 150 years of knowledge and learn to do things better.
