I used to think it was just that, a way to fund outstanding obligations and pensions. But increasingly I realize this is done just to cook civilization through taxes to finance these unproductive primitive people, and ultimately urban warfare. and they will blame it on whites or some demagogue. the jews have a never-ending pool from where they can bring them in.
