China doesn't have to worry about a temporary decline in birth rates; in fact some deflation would do them some good (since the article claims they have a bad housing bubble). It also says that the reform has a "nationalist" tone to it, almost if that were a dirty word.
There probably is some fuckery going on here, but at least the part about making it very diffuclt for globalist interests to influence their education system is a smart move.
