my fear about this 'dementia' talk is that IF Xiden takes the cognitive exam and 'fails', it could (probably would ??) lead to his Cabinet invoking the 25th Amendment and ousting him.
That leaves us with #HeelsUpHarris .. and THAT is scary ! IMO, more scary than Xiden
