I love telling stories, I can tell a story that lasts for hours. I wish the government would send them by. I just want to torture them with my stories and watch them squirm knowing they are trapped by my shitty stories.

This is exactly what I was thinking. Not necessarily with 'stories' but I'm sure that I can talk talk talk and talk some more to waste their 'less than valuable' time !
Keep them busy in my yard and they won't be harassing my friends/neighbors.
