If Biden tries that it's not the governments gold it's the citizens gold. The government is owned by the citizens so giving it away is theft. Then Biden is able to be imprisoned.
If the world bank or whatever has it they are guilty of receiving stolen property. So is Macron of stealing the gold of France, he has no right to do that he is just the president at this time and will be arrested or killed once he leaves office I hope he realizes.
