This Pandemic is expected to circle the planet several times before it dies out. This could be (and hopefully is) the manifestation of exposure before quarantine began. I've heard but not seen confirmation that the 14 day quarantine must restart for everyone on board everytime a new diagnosis is made. Can anyone point to confirmation of this?
