I've been known to eat some SPAM on occasion. Have a half dozen cans in the food stash. @Suplex chowed down on that shit too - he posted about eating a 3-4 year past expiry can a month or two before he passed.

Kinda scares me, but I'll probably pick one up if I run across them...

I love sardines on a garlic toast with butter or olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
