You have been eating better. Once you make your own pizzas using caputo flour, and only eat that for a while for example, the next time you go eat from some pizza place, you will feel like shit after eating it.
Maybe that's it.
I tell people to stop drinking soda for ~6 months. Then, get a soda/pop anywhere. It tastes like syrup and so unappealing that unless you are a sugar junkie you won't ever drink it again.
Literally every food has this effect. Eat only grass fed grass finished organic beef, the next time you have some random meat loaded with shit you won't feel well. Eat only organic eggs, even the taste of regular eggs won't be appealing anymore. It gets rid of the "numbness" that people have to be in order to eat that shit food. If you only eat great food, you find yourself feeling happy for no reason at all, and it reminds you of growing up in the 70s/80s when people were just happy.
