No one in their right mind would ever eat something like this. Strange "food" like this is only designed for extremely long term space travel where you have to try to create things from what you have available. It is unlikely to be able to have a whole "farm" on a space ship that won't have massive problems even if its just with breeding programs over long term. Even then. This is not "food".
