I’m sure they could find something if they looked hard enough, but I don’t see what law he broke. Some idiot comes to your font door asking for Taco Bell, you hand them a bag of cat shit and they accept it and leave. The law does not require you to politely explain basic reality to people who wander on to your property every single day. I would just tell each one of them to “fuck off”.
