>McDonald's is hoping a hit of nostalgia will spark a sales revival this summer — with a new adult Happy Meal celebrating the golden age of McDonaldland. Launching August 12, the limited-time meal brings back beloved characters Grimace, Ronald McDonald, Birdie, Hamburglar, Mayor McCheese and Fry Friends. It is the first time in more than two decades that the McDonaldland gang have all appeared together in a promotion or advert. A Grimace shake in 2023 went viral. Fans can choose between a Quarter Pounder with Cheese or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, plus fries — all with collectible tins featuring retro designs and extras like stickers and postcards.

Seriously? McDonald's thinks sales are slow due to adults not buying happy meals? All this time, I thought it was because Mcdonalds simply sold crappy and expensive food. Who knew?

Maybe they need some LGBT themed happy meals.

Yeah, their sales are flagging because it literally costs less to buy a steak dinner than one of their fucking "value meals."

They should have known their lane. Shitty, cheap, and fast burgers. That was their thing. The second they ventured into "upscale" they failed.
