That's "China" with a hillbilly accent. Doesn't happen all the time, but there's several words in southern Missouri where the "a" sound gets an "er" ending instead. They do that a lot in England too.

Yeah, what wrong with you people? At least you're not from Boston where.. "Never" sounds like "nevah" (NEV-uh). "Car" sounds like "cah" (KAH). "Park" sounds like "pahk" (PAHK).
