In all fairness.. he shouldn't be making political statements in uniform or doing his job in a political fashion otherwise... and I'm saying this even though I like Trump, voted for him twice, and will do it yet again.
This is what we want, is it not? For law enforcement to be apolitical? Same with the military? To be beholden to the constitution as opposed to any one man or political party? It's certainly what I want, at least.
It's a she (archive.ph).
I dunno whether they had a strict dress code or whether they occasionally wore other things promoting whatever or bent the knee for BLM. A reprimand and promise not to do it again should suffice, but forcing her through an unfair court trial and stealing her accrued vacation time is over the line. This is not the military.
It's unfair in that they also force (or at least pressure) these same cops to take a political stance in the other direction (BLM and such). And I agree that they went overboard on the reprimand, too.
But my main point is that politics has no place anywhere in government at all (from municipal to state to federal) with the exception of elected positions outside of the judiciary, law enforcement, and military. Period. Across the board. Every one of those organizations is supposed to be apolitical.
Every one of those organizations is supposed to be apolitical.
Communist Democrats can't allow that. Everything is political, and God help you if you are on the wrong side of their politics.
