If you think they won't use these two together and restrict movement you have to be very poor at critical thinking. It is all coming together.

I highly doubt it. The cameras required people would be able to see, and it would crazy to put the tech out before they had to patent to make sure of profit.

Probably. The goal seems to be a national snitch society where everything and everyone rats out everyone else.
