Modify any hand-held fire extinguisher that has a pressure gauge with a truck tire inflation valve. Refill with acetone or other known plastic solvent. Pressurize with any pump until gauge is in the green zone. Quick spray job on the plastic domes will melt/etch the plastic so that it will require replacement.
