Short version, from memory so I might miss a thing or two. Some niggers from the college went to the bakery, which also sold wine because why not. They proceeded to grab some wine and walk out. Bakery employee confronts them and catches them red handed. Police are called. They are charged with shop lifting, later found guilty. Meanwhile, activists at the college decide that it must have been "muh racism" and organise protest. College administrators become involved in the side of the protesters. There were email chains discussing the protests and black listing the bakery, etc. College admins printed of flyers denouncing the bakery as racist. It was the deliberate actions of the college administrators that hit them in the shit in this law suit.
