This is very sad. 'They' say that it is lack of opportunities and we just need to give give give and make things equitable by giving more and that it is not genetics. Yet here we see the best places to live make no difference to genetics.

It is proven (at least in the USA) that given everything, money, education, a nice place to live, etc.. That blacks are still far, far more criminal than any other group.

It's amazing to think that they could live in a million dollar house, get paid half a million dollars a year, have a premium degree from a top tier school and they will still steal, murder, cheat, etc..
