I don't update my Minecraft anymore. Thinking of switching to Minetest if Mojang gets too out of hand. Minetest needs more mods though. Sadly, the programming language is Pathetic Lua instead of Glorious C++, or I'd be trying (I have the art skills of a hipster drunk on soy beer, I can only make abstract art) to develop a mod. If developing mods required only programming skills and didn't require art skills, I'd be developing mods left and right. Well, after reading a C++ manual. You know, make sure I've got it. I have 3D modeling skills for abstract art, but I can't 3D model anything more complex than a geometric/abstract UFO thing. If I tried to 3D model a dragon, I'd flop. Eh, I'll figure it out. Hold my metaphysical beer, I'll make my own game with good graphics and a good soundtrack. The deadline is 2024.
