It's almost 15 years old, I think. As long as it's a core duo it probably can. What are the specs, if you don't mind me asking

DV4 i3 16GB ram beats by nigger Dre edition HP……

Not sure which iterations or generations while I’m not in front of it.

Should work on lower settings. I3 is kinda trash, but SHOULD function if you don't push it too hard

Oh it’s an i5 of some generation. I was confusing it with my ancient laptop that still works some 14 years later as a plex server…..which is amazing when I think about it.
