Even a year ago this would have been a Babylon Bee artucle. So many things wrong here that I don't know where to start. The fact that they are calling them 'menstruating employees' means they bought into the mantra that 'trans women are women'. Wahmen already get sick days that they can use for their 'menstrual pain'. They either don't want to use their normal sick daya or they feel well enough to work. Nature didn't design women to be disabled several days a month. This is like the myth that pregnant women can't work or that childbirth is painful.

If the women don't claim the same monthly days off they need to be fired because "the science" says they are supposed to be synchronized and anyone not synchronized is a liar.
