TL;DR: GT7 is kiked. Game is basically an F2P model, except you have to pay full price for the game to access all those shit microtransactions. Apparently they updated the game to be even heavier on microtransactions just after the review window of the game concluded (a new jew tactic I was unaware of). No internet connection? Get fucked. You can't access most of the game if you're offline or they are doing server updates. Oh, and to top it all off, the game is short as fuck. You're gonna get maybe 6-8 hours of play time before you're done with the game.

Online-only games are becoming industry standard. Don't like? Get aPC, <=Win 8.1/Linux, emulate, and never buy a new game again.

Sucks to watch such powerhouses of games go down the shitter. GT3 was my jam on the PS2. There was nothing like it unless you were rich and could drop a few grand on a wheel setup. As a kid, clearly that wasn't an option, but getting good at that game made me feel close enough.

ive played all but 7 and glad i left the legacy with happy standards. i spent over 500 hours on gt6 alone and easily quad that on gt3. gt3 is amazing game and i would gladly buy a ps2 and the game again simplicity

Is GT7 worse than GTSport? On GTSport you could still drive, but it was annoying with no connection.

I was looking forward to this game, glad I didn't buy it.

I already do that. I've been a pirate since the 90s, and the last console I bought was the Wii (which I hacked for piracy and emulation, though some games I did buy).

What a shame. All the racing games have been steady going downhill.

I just want fair, clean races in 90/00 tuner cars... Forza has the ban policy of a schizophrenic ex and is full of dirty Xbox nigs and beaners. Horizon is way too arcade and I hate dirty checkpoint racing. GT7 is a pricey Sony Sister exclusive and if this is anything to go by it's not going to fill the void. The more hard-core stuff like Assetto is all modern GT cars and F1 carts...

At least it's spring now, I should just go burn the cash on a track day, it's not like fuel or track time is going to get any cheaper.

GT7 is not too bad but the always online is retarded. As far as cars being expensive, I recall putting hours in the old ones just to be able to afford the expensive cars, GT7 is nothing different but you know how it is with instant gratification nowadays.

GT6 was pretty shit too. You can't even install the updates that make the game playable on ps3 anymore. Kinda disappointing considering how amazing the original was for the time.

I was with Kyle on this one. The Xbox1 is way better. Because of this I no longer can play GT but let me get this straight. For 89.99 you get the program that allows you to play the game online, for a monthly fee of course?! When shut downs were in the talks I jumped on a cheap sim racing rig. If this is your thing, definitely look into "Project Cars 2". Independent maker so it works on 1 and the unsuperior 4. Having a steering wheel is a must for this game or get "PC3". Newer and design for a controller.

They knew this game was highly anticipated. That's why it took so long for them to get it out, it has the perfect type of gameplay to maximize nickel and diming the player to death and they wanted to perfect the microtransaction system. The fact anyone still gives them money, after this happens every time, makes me laugh.

The last Gran Turismo game I played was Gran Turismo 2 on Playstation 20+ years ago.

1 and 2 were fun back then, but I had no interest in the series after that point. Once the original NiggerBox got shat out, that system, nearly every game and system released since, and the entire gaming "industry" itself from the top to the bottom has been all kiked.

(Fairly certain I still have GT2 in a shoebox someplace with other Playstation games from back then.)

Buy the game and continue to pay monthly. What is this world of Warcraft. You could host a dedicated VPS for what they charge.
