Hideous art style (especially with the grotesque misshapen characters), boring gameplay where a bulk of the time is running towards the centre of a map while occasionally swinging at random objects, micro transactions up the wazoo for skins that are essentially a random collection of pop culture bullshit.

It's just a half-assed, creatively bankrupt copy of better games that is just a blatant money sink aimed at 12 year olds and man-children. I think a lot of people see it as a symbol of what's wrong with a chunk of the population.

My guess anyways. I hate it because it's just a shittier, faggoty version of Team Fortress 2.

All I know from talking to other parents is that literally every boy in the 10-14ish age range plays Fortnite. I'm not going to judge a kid for what they find entertaining.

Fornite is one of the worst things to happen to video games since "game over" stopped being a thing. Continue where you left off without any consequences. There are absolutely 0 things in fortnite that weren't stolen from other games. My kids played it for about 2 years before I completely banned it from my house. I've also banned all Tencent and all supercell games. I hate that they are even called games. They are just micro transactions disguised as games. Pay to win is gay. Pay to have new in game clothes is gay. And paying to get new dance moves in a fucking shooting game is especially gay. Anyone who supports fortnite is a fucking queer.
