Both Bethesda and Blizzard have been in freefall the few years prior to Microsoft acquiring them. Coincidence, or is there usually fuckery afoot prior to such large acquisitions? If I was a large company looking into acquiring another company, it would be in my interest to lower their short-term valuation prior to the acquisition so that I'd get it on the cheap.
Microsoft doesn't really care about money. They, along with Apple and Google and Facebook, have most of it.
They get free money from the feds to do whatever they want. They will only fail if the entire US economy and to an extent the world economy completely collapses on itself
