You can just download an emulator rom for free. And play it in upscaled resolution...
There’s something about video games lately. I can’t quite put my finger on the exact feeling. It’s like a world you want to live in but can’t. It just starts to feel empty after a while. Like a waste of time. Like a day dream or something.
I feel it too. I used to be a huge gamer. I can't play games any more, everything is dead and played out. Every good game has been perverted by psychologists to squeeze engagement and play time out of players. Loot boxes, skins, achievements, and other faggotry subtract from core gameplay and from the wallets of the consoomers.
You've experienced most gameplay throughout the decades, and possibly older games made a better example of what modern games copy so it's all unimpressive and never feels fresh. You can watch youtube videos of most games and see what you're not missing, save money too.
The only gaming experience that doesn't feel stale is multiplayer games, human opponents/co-op.
At least read for memepoints.
