Slightly off-topic, but I wonder -
Every system of the previous generation has so many good games that you won't run out any time soon, at continually dropping prices, that I don't really understand why people want next gen when it's still so hard to get. Maybe it made sense back in the day, since there were huge jumps in technology between things like the SNES and N64, for example. But I hardly see the difference between early PS5 games and good PS4 games, so why do people blow so much time and money trying to get the expensive system with a smaller library?
Sure, there are people with plenty of money who just want the most cutting edge gaming tech... but in that case, wouldn't it make more sense to have a high end PC? Why don't folks just wait a few years until the next gen systems are cheaper, widely available, and have a big selection of good games?
