I you're near a reasonably large city, there should be some retro stores that offer services for some common repairs or maybe some general electronic repair shops could do it. If you could get any repairs done locally, that would be better than shipping your stuff all over. I've had a Gamecube repaired at one but that's not so esoteric as a couple of those things.
I don't personally know of any online services, though I've seen some around. Nothing really stuck. Sorry.
