This is more than that, he did business on Google Play and had a YouTube channel, those platforms/revenue streams are gone forever for seemingly no reason.

Again, store all your data including emails & contacts offline.

If you use YouTube set up LBRY/Odysee and BitChute accounts to auto-mirror your channels.

Anyone doing their business through a Google account is out of their damn mind.

Again, this isn't about who's hosting your marketing materials. Google has a monopoly on Android app publishing through the Play store, unless you're Epic Games no one will buy/install your .apk's manually.

babby's first YouTube alternative isn't solving any of this.

You can tell who's a boomer and who's completely out of touch with reality when they suggest you get into something like IT/development without ever interacting with the juggernauts who dominate the entire sector.

A) You can install .apks directly from a website and there are other app stores besides Google play.

B) You place a link to a webpage on the home screen of your phone and it will almost fully like a web app from the app store. This is a very viable option provided people set up a proper mobile version of their website as needed.
