My reading is they are forcing Billy to implement certain words/phrases that need 100% compliance to prevent 'hate speech.' In addition, it sounds like they are now changing the deal to make him include additional censorship above and beyond what was outlined in the first place. Typically communist tactic of moving the goalposts/never being enough progress.

I recognize the moving of the goalpost tactics. I worked someplace that changed the goalposts every week.
It sounds like Billy has some rats in his comment section that can't handle what he allows. I used to like disqus, 1 sign in for multiple sites for commenting makes things easier. But damn they, and others, have devolved over the last 10-15 years.
