One thing I found interesting about this case, including when I first read it on OAG, is that his "Steam Community" privileges have been permanently terminated, which are actually separate from his games access. OAG and now DS seem to be misreporting the actual loss here, as it's access to community features like reviews, comments, and forums (as far as I can tell). There is nothing that seems to indicate he lost access to his games collection other than his word.
