If they were actually trying to make life fair, it would fail miserably. But we all know the scam by now. Just like obtaining utopia, it's unachievable. However, if you want to terrorize/tyrannize humanity, keep people off balance then this will work. Of course fairness, equity and utopia changes depending on who you ask. You can't ever quantify it in any meaningful way. Same with all the WEF goals, there's nothing you can do to reach a goal.
