I've experienced this situation many times in similar settings. The family is at the lake, and looks like they pulled their boat up to have a shore lunch. You can hear the jetskis in the background and the waves lapping where the mexican is filming. Basically, family pulls up to a nice beach spot on the lake. Mexicans, having no situational awareness in this environment, think hey, that's a nice spot to pull up and relax, and plant themselves between the family and the water. You can see there's not much distance between where the mexican is sitting and where the family is setup. The lady is basically saying, there's a whole fucking lake and you've chosen to invade my family's space. I'm just surprised they didn't already have the tejano music cranking, but they might of turned if off to film and that's what sent the lady over the edge.
