First of all - who are all these doctors nationwide that are willing to chop up genitals then sew and fuse pieces of flesh to a person like Dr. Frankenstein? Can you imagine going to work daily to play mad scientist with people's organs and call yourself a doctor? These are some fucked up people who make a career out of this. Second - Who the fuck is paying for these mentally unstable people to get this surgery? I can barely afford to pay monthly expenses, and when I have a medical expense I have to really tighten the budget. But these nutcases seem to have unlimited money to hack up their bodies when there is zero life-threatening condition. You know they don't have any good paying jobs if they can't even mentally accept their chromosomes. So I'm sure they're getting some fucking welfare handouts for this shit.
