Oddly enough, I replaced my vehicle commute with a bicycle commute and have had zero problems getting a good nights sleep since. Bonus, I saved a lot of cash on vehicle fuel I was able to redirect to more worthwhile things and it only took me six weeks to train and condition myself for the effort.

I'd do that but I work 11 miles away and in a northeaster it would be a bitch with no traction, sub zero temperature, and high winds. Beside most places outside the city have areas with no breakdown lanes to ride a bike safely so it would be an anxiety filled drive with cars wizzing by a ft from you and hoping that you don't get nailed and fly off the road or into a guard rail. City bike are fine but in the rural areas unless your riding back roads with low traffic riding can be a bitch.
