Isn't it something like people who are below 5'2 are little people sort of. I've dated three girls that were barely 5'2 and they had some of the most interesting bodies I've ever seen. it was always something kind of off. And it usually had to deal with short arms and irregular chests. And they always had kind of like big upper thighs, big shapely butts but they were muscular, they weren't fat, it was sort of weird.
