I dont think its fair to say NDT isnt bright. However, id bet just from an aptitude stand point hes at the bottom 10% of people in his field. At the end of a day he's more of a host than a scientist. He fills that roll pretty well. I dont ever watch him because he only ever talks about really basic stuff. I prefer guys like Matt O'dowd.
