Neat trick to try. Carry around a few BBs. Take off the air stem cap. Put a BB in the cap and screw it back on. Tire should be out of air soon enough...........hopefully on the freeway.

To add on to this. Small pebbles work too. I've had to do this to an asshole parked across two spots with half the car sticking out into the road. Very satisfying to watch the tires deflate over the day.
