Maybe, but a wigger probably wouldn't use a hard r. But maybe the person in charge of the bumper screen had it pulled up on his monitor, then left for lunch or to go piss. Meanwhile a co-worker walked by, added "my niggers", then clicked "save". Just speculations. I suspect they'll find someone to lynch for it.
