Egyptians at least rulers are white, others are more white than arabs which come latter. In fact Egyptians disdain blacks and they often waged war against savage primitive tribes on the borders. In peaceful time they trade, but blacks don't adopt any civilization from Egyptians... like they don't adopt civilization from colonization. Mesopotamian... it's hard to say, to many false 'history'.
