I've only got 6 acres and I've built two additional structures in 6 months by myself no contractors no engineers just knocking off work every day at 5 and spending 3-4 hours building. These guys have 500 acres. Maybe somebody can pick it up on the cheap after they fail to turn it into anything and have to sell it.
