I don't know how to feel about this. On one hand I want to see more dead babies, but on the other I don't want woman to have choice.

I'm looking at it as win for constitutionalism.

IF we had a government of the people and by the people a new amendment that states in essence: "The right of The People to bodily autonomy including to consent to control, protect, or harm organisms within or including their own body shall not be infringed or delayed by Local, State, or Federal government." It should be easy to agree on for rational adults, but we don't have those anymore.

Abortions become protected, drugs too, and the government can't force mandatory vaccinations anymore. It's not a perfect phrasing but few care to compromise anymore for ethical consistency.
