Why? This is adorable. This video wasn't MADE for muh clicks. It was likely posted and sent to family where the mom recording didn't know how to get it out en masse otherwise. Phone likely has a "upload video to youtube" button.
The mother hears her child crying. She starts recording before finding out what the problem is. The motherly instincts of this woman are pretty bad.
