Is there a list of anti-aircraft missiles that are also used to demolish buildings? My understanding is they are used to target aircraft and I have only heard of some repurposed navy anti-aircraft missiles being capable to hit small gun boats as a secondary function (although they are not optimized to do so due to the design and warhead type).
I think the BUK system can, but that may just be confused with seeing it in use alongside the Tocha-U.
