Voting mattered for well over 200 years in this country. It's only more recently that it's been so corrupted , on a massive enough scale, that its become meaningless. The blueprint has never changed, only the ramifications for subverting it. We have to first be in a major agreement that shit is broken, without that there will never be a call to change (it back to something meaningful)
