Fairly good analogy. I always think it is retarded when people think "crypto" is more real than fiat money.
No it's not. NFTs aren't a currency. Currencies make even less sense when dissected, but we use them anyway. NFTs are what people who missed out on bitcoin is the next bitcoin and nothing more. Currencies don't even have to make sense, they just have to be accepted in trade. Crypto is slightly more "real" than fiat, but again, that doesn't matter. They just have to be accepted in trade. If they are, they're a currency. Nobody's feelings or opinions matter.
i was and never will be a crypto shill. however I do believe that bitcoin and other similar crypto currencies (while shitty for actual payment uses) are worth more than anything that the (((federal reserve))) prints out. Gold and silver will always be my pick for investment though.
Gold and silver are worthless. It's literally just dirt. lol Neither are even rare.
Unless you are a heavy practitioner of Buddhism, gold and silver is NOT worthless. Why do you think the (((banks))) hoard it all? Its value can be attributed to its limited supply. Sure, neither gold nor silver is rare. But nobody can create anymore of it, unlike fiat money which can be printed into worthlessness. Of course, as with many things, gold can be and often is manipulated by Jews. Which is why American currency used to be based on silver, which was plentiful in our country. The word "dollar" actually used to mean a universal weight of silver that was used to make coins.
But if you want to be a good little goy, you can keep your money in the bank and not even think about precious metal investments. Just get fucked in the ass in the coming recession along with many other Americans who are being deceived by the lie that the (((fed))) has been pushing since 1913
A philosophical discussion, not reality though.
If that is really your belief, then I'll take all that worthless "dirt" off your hands for you. Just give me your address and I'll pick it all up from you and clean your life of that "dirt".
There are crypto coins that are backed by Gold and Silver standards out there
IS that so ? Try living on nothing but crypto for a month.
I bet you don't survive
easy, ill just get a debit card that lets me deposit in crypto. But like i said, they are pretty awful for actual payment processors. Its more of a valued investment. Of course people wont accept gold coins because wealth isnt attached to gold anymore. They want a piece of paper that can easily be traded for goods and services.
It is a shit analogy because crypto had less oversight than the federal reserve which at the very least reports how much currency they print. It is far more volatile, much harder to transact with, much less secure than cash, and that is just the tip of the iceberg.
Crypto is not a currency. It is literally less valuable as a currency than chuck-e-cheese tokens.
It's 2022. People still talk about companies "printing money"? I have not used cash in 40 years. Who does today? Money is just fake zeros and ones in computers. No printing needed.
So in 1982 what were you paying for things with?
Literally no one thinks that "printing money" is a literal term. But it is a much better analogy of what is going on than the term "expanding the money supply" which implies that everyone's wallet is equally expanded.
They do in fact forge new money from nothing for themselves and spend that money. Initially buying bonds from the government in an egg shell game that creates the illusion that the government is getting that money to spend. Then they sell those bonds and keep that cash, or rather buy up real assets.
They in effect printed money. They did not cause every dollar to turn into 2 dollars.
So "printing money" is the most accurate way to describe what is happening.
Because "fiat money" is backed by the Governments and societies that matter.
That might change in the future, but for now...its not. Therefore "crypto" (digital) is all just a huge shell game, where the super poor and the super rich are teaming up based on nothing more than HOPE . For the poor that means that crypto is magically and intrinsically not the evil form of submissive control over them that FIAT currency is. (it isn't) And for the Rich that hope is that the poor are too fucking stupid to realize that instead of beholden to a Government (which is just agreed to laws by society) and they'll be slaves to them.
The main difference right now (and largest) is that Governments change and the majority of people still feel that their voices can alter how things work , including laws for/against their money.
With Crypto there is no say by the people.
And for the Rich that hope is that the poor are too fucking stupid to realize that instead of beholden to a Government (which is just agreed to laws by society) and they'll be slaves to them. The main difference right now (and largest) is that Governments change and the majority of people still feel that their voices can alter how things work , including laws for/against their money.
And the masses are fucking retarded for thinking they have a say, and due to thinking they have a say they stay passive even while forced to watch their kids turned into cock sucking faggots and their nations invaded by savages all in the hopes that things will change.
Regardless if they are or not, the reality exists that the system/structure that western countries is BUILT upon says that they DO have the ABILITY to change it.
That ability doesn't exist in any crypto. Fuck, they don't even pretend that they have a say.
That's the enslavement system you desire. Looks like YOU deserve the kike character much more than I.
Governments and society do not matter. They are worthless. Less than worthless.
Governments never change, and people cannot have their voices heard.
But we agree about crypto.
Society absolutely matters. I see society as a collection of like valued people. Simply living next to people (geographics) doesn't a society make.
Governments are merely people. If people CAN be changed within that government it's worth fighting for. If it's a sham, then that group isn't a society at all it's just people living next to one another. The value system has broken down and it's worthless.
Glad I'm not alone on here in the understanding that crypto is just a more controllable sham, that people should be fighting against....but instead, desire that more oppressive system.
A pretty shitty analogy, NFTs are non-fungible and it's right in the name. Cash is fungible as is conventional crypto. How do you make change for an NFT? Where would you even find a buyer for your NFTs?
The fact remains, they are all fake.
