Apple consumers are a special kind of stupid.

"Think Different-Be a Puppet Like Everyone Else!"

THEY DONT CONTROL MY NEED TO REPLACE A PERFECTLY GOOD PHONE EVERY 12 MONTHS! I DO IT WILLINGLY WHEN ITS ANNOUNCED THERES A NEW PHONE!!

Somehow I think that is real thinking of the iTards....

To play devils advocate:

Yes, apple overcharges for their hardware.

But the new apple M1 chip is amazing. I got a new macbook (paid for by my employer) and the thing is lightning fast.

And having a unix like environment to run photoshop in is a killer feature.

Better for Apple's machine learning algo's to scrape all your files & photos and upload them to the CIA cloud.

AKA, you retardedly rejoice about using hardware that spies on you for globalhomo jews.

Congrats, you're a special kind of stupid. But hey, at least it's lightning fast!

Yeah i use linux most of the time. I’m well aware of the spying, but I don’t really care cuz I do all of my personal computing on linux. If they want to spy on me cropping photos for a clients website i couldn’t give a shit.

The physical build quality of the iPhone is far superior to the Samsung and Google phones I've owned, but the software ruins it.

All for the low down price of 1k+ wuttah deeeeel!

I actually get this. It's a workaround due to an Apple engineering defect. The problem is the audience and marketing.

Knowing the Apple consumer, I'd market it as a workaround and feature with a warning:

Selecting this ring tone will cause you to miss calls.

I came up with my own ring tone that is a 500 millisecond burst at 2Khz with 20 seconds of silence. I like it because the tone burst is enough to let me know a call is coming in, yet won't annoy anyone near me. The 20 seconds of silence is long enough for the call to terminate.

That's a good idea. Just a pip and you're done.

Buying ifone in 2022.

Did your mom drink while pregnant?

I don't know where you got the idea I own any Apple products. I do not. I just thought having a ring tone like that was a good idea.

Isn't that the same basic thing as a notification chime? Although I don't know if you can use default chimes for ringtones since I've never cared to try.

[–] 3 pts

Yes. The problem using a notification chime is the file is very short. Using it as a ring tone would play that notification audio over and over. That would negate the solution. By recording a burst and 20 seconds of silence ensures you only hear the burst one time.

I want to believe these are trolls.

Wow super stupid

I purchased this ringtone

So a sound clip of nothing actually costs money? Uhm.

Don't know about newer devices, but older IOS systems had no file managers on their store, or any way to put files onto the device except for limited things with iTunes.

There were file managers for jailbroken devices. IOS is both a walled garden and a perfect showcase for why walled gardens suck.

I'll stick to my chimp ring tone. It gets the nigs going at the store

Leave it to the mobile app community to charge you for basic features.

Silent Ringtone

Silent Ringtones>

There's a whole section of ringtones that are silent ones. WTF?

[–] 0 pt
